This was my little grandson's last Halloween costume. (I'm so glad I have Prime!) His mom couldn't find matching tights at local Target etc. Of course they didn't find much use but they fit perfectly and held up great during our 2 year old's busy night. even when he was overly excited and fell a few times during a trick or treat. They are opaque except for the waves, which are more solid. With a larger child, they can stretch enough to be considered transparent. "Waves" added attractiveness to a little duckling's legs. I would call this color less neon than bright yellow.
