DO NOT waste your money on this headset if you want to use it for voice calls like Zoom, Microsoft Skype/Teams or Phone calls. This headset has an always-on sidetone feature that basically picks up all the noise around you as well as your own voice. During a call (e.g. calling Zoom) you will ALWAYS hear the echo of all the noises in your house through your headphones (the mic picked up and amplified the sound of my mouse click). You will also hear YOUR OWN VOICE when you speak. I don't know about you, but I do NOT want to hear my own voice in my ears when I speak. It is EXTREMELY distracting and makes it difficult to focus on the conversation. THERE IS NO WAY TO DISABLE THIS SETTING OR TO DECREASE THE SIDE VOLUME. I'm not sure which Sony engineer thought it was a good idea to put this "feature" in headphones, but it's one of the worst things I've ever experienced in a Bluetooth headset. There is also no mention of this "feature" on the packaging. Again, there is NO WAY TO DISABLE THIS SETTING. I'm an IT pro and I've been messing around with all known microphone and audio settings on my laptop to fix this and NOTHING works. This purchase was definitely a waste of money and I will be returning this headset as I bought it solely for Microsoft Teams work calls. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend going with a different brand option if you don't want to deal with that stupid sidetone mess.
