Very easy to install as a replacement in our van. We didn't need the plumbing lines that came with the kit since we were using RV lines. I also didn't use the stopper/lever on the sink as they don't fit the slimline RV sink so I can't comment on any issues that others may be having. This is on a van, no faucet, although being able to purchase JUST the faucet with no other parts at a lower price would have been a good option as I didn't need any other parts. The faucet itself fits perfectly and is aligned where the old faucet was. There are no problems with the threads on the downpipes. The water flow is smooth and even.
