My son is in 3rd grade and finds this to be the most comfortable mask for school, baseball and pretty much anywhere. The adjuster on the back makes it very easy to adjust it to your face. It is breathable and elastic. He really liked it, my husband ordered too! Yes, it can be suitable for children and some adults. This morning my son asked for more flowers.
