The ability to track all the tests we do, from sample receipt to completion of the report. Also, the ability to report on the tests that were performed in the past. I like that we can use this software in our hospital, with our specific testing, to report to our clients. I do not like that we cannot use this software in our office, as it is not as user friendly. I am solving the problem of tracking a test's progress. The software has been very user friendly for our small lab, which consists of only two people. It's easy enough for one person to use. We have not found any issues with this product thus far. I would recommend it! Nothing at all so far. This system allows us to track samples through each step in the process as well as provide tracking information back to clients/patients if necessary.
