I received my skateboard without bubble wrap, so it had a cracked tip. I don't know if it came from shipping or from the previous owner. Although I bought it new, judging by the appearance of some of the accessories it could be a previous user. I took it for a test run in my dorm hallway and it rode smoothly, but definitely didn't have the strength to walk uphill and I only weigh 115 pounds! The board flexes too much in the middle in my opinion, especially when some of my heavier friends step on it. You'll be shaky riding our indoor brick floor, but with the carts tightened, you can reach high speeds without feeling like you're being thrown off. I need to go uphill in my college and have a cheap but long lasting battery so I'm about to return it. Overall not bad especially for the price but not what I need.
