We like the chair well enough to order a second, but we chose a different color. The gray is a bit drab when combined with bold colors in the room. In an austere, minimalist room it would be fine. We wish the chair came in a warmer charcoal. We are going with the cream on our second chair and will use this one elsewhere. As others have said, the comfort for a low priced chair is surprisingly good. I'm just under 6'. My wife is 5'4". We both feel comfy. Older or less fit people may have an issue with the push back adjustment. It does require a little effort. It may loosen up over time. I recommend the chair as long as you bear in mind the price point. I think it stands up well to chairs costing much more,
