Excellent customer service and product
One of our units was working great and one was not working on arrival. I contacted the seller and he immediately sent a replacement. I received it within a few days. Both work great! I actually had a bite to eat on my couch with two 9 month old Blue Heeler puppies lying next to me and neither of them tried to steal my food! We finally have some control! We only had to shock a puppy once. The rest of the time, the sound signal and vibration were sufficient. I wish I had bought them a long time ago! (Like right after we got a 7 year old corgi lol!) Thanks for the great product and service!
