Top device, power supply defective.
Great little box as others have said gray cheap plastic box but mine is on the shelf only the front is visible so all ok. The only issue I had was the power supply was adding a terrible hum/noise to my audio. I went nuts trying to get rid of what I thought was ground loop hum, but luckily I had another adapter, 12v, 1amp and I replaced it and the noise is gone π .
