Review on πŸ’Ž Luxurious Womens Thick Cashmere Pashmina Shawl: Essential Women's Accessory by Citylife Padilla

A cut above the base

I was looking for a pashmina for my upcoming trip that would be a cut above the cheapest type of acrylic pashmina which costs a dozen but is moderately priced at the same time. I wanted it to act as a shawl to add warmth when walking around England in November and also as a blanket when flying. Since most of the pashmina product listings here have an equally abstract relationship to truth, I've only relied on price and customer reviews. This was satisfactory. There may well be some cashmere in the fiber mix. It's definitely not merino wool. I would say it's 100% acrylic. It's warm, light and very soft; It's big enough to convert into a scarf, but also compresses to wrap around your neck without being too bulky. I ended up wearing it for most of the trip. On the other hand, after only a few weeks of wearing it, it's rolling up a bit and I expect it to be a rag by spring. On the other hand, this is exactly the quality and durability that I expect from a stylish acrylic sweater for the same price (e.g. from Old Navy). I wouldn't give it away as a gift, but as a utility item for myself, adding color and warmth to an outfit and lasting a season, it's worth the price.
