I'm 6'1", 215lbs, have fairly broad shoulders and belly fat and size XXL fits me perfectly. When fully worn, the suit is very warm. Warmer than I expected. This should work really well for taking with me in case the weather changes the day I go in the water. It was pretty easy to put on dry and easy to take off inside out. As for comfort, that's the only negative. The seams are made from the same 3mm neoprene rather than something thinner and more flexible. This makes it a little tight and could potentially pinch something under certain conditions. I still wear it normally and for this price ($70) it's a great deal, but if you want extra comfort you'll have to go for something more expensive.
