Just received this jacket. It is of excellent quality as even the zips have little fabric garages that can be tucked away to keep rain out of the pockets. Very durable construction. There's a thick mesh lining on the inside, so I think it'll be a bit warm on a hot summer (let's say August in Georgia - I wouldn't wear this in +80 degrees Fahrenheit), but if you're looking for one good hard-wearing wind/rain jacket. I seriously doubt it can be any better in temperatures below that. I believe the sizes are for kids as I ordered the largest 3X jacket and I still can't close the front. I'm a 5'10' male and 230 lbs. I bought this jacket for a homeless woman outside our house and I hope it fits her as she is fine. the same size as me.
