Gets You Moving - Pre-Workout

I haven't tried many pre workouts but a friend recommended this one and she tried a lot. I drink 1 scoop 20-30 minutes before my run and it makes me run faster and longer. It doesn't dissolve well, so I stir constantly between sips. Makes me sweat but doesn't shake afterwards. I recommend.
