The software is easy for users with no technical experience at all! It's very good that it works in any browser so there are not limitations when using this tool from anywhere around the world or even if we do business only within our own country. Sometimes I have some problem getting started but they usually support me quickly solving my issues after contacting them via email/chat etc., however sometimes takes time (maybe due to their busy schedule) before responding back which can be frustrating especially during urgent matters like an emergency phonecall where everything needs immediate attention asap!! Overall great product though still looking forward more improvements being made over here by CogniView team including better accessibility options e.g screen readers such us Jaws Pro would help make things easier since many customers also use those devices too while browsing websites online hence having text alternatives available will greatly benefit these people.
