Sleeping Queens is such a fun and unique game. It was very easy for my 7 and 9 year olds to learn and understand right away. They could easily video call teach another 7 year old friend and even their grandma! This game was recommended to us 6 months before we bought it. Had I followed her suggestion over the holidays, we would have had better times during the harsh spring COVID quarantine season. With that in mind, and considering the rescheduling of distance learning this fall (and husband is still working through January), I think I'll order another game or two. We also have "Cover Your Assets" from Opa Beck's Games. Lots of fun and easy enough for my kids to understand. I even recommend Sleeping Queens for kids younger than me and anyone who loves creative and whimsical artwork - these queens and kings are super cool!
