This is an amazing product BUT that's only after opening. After receiving my order, I proceeded to open the can. . . . . I started with my hands.😂🤣. Then I asked my tall male friend to open it; he broke his nail. I then used proven scissors and then bandaged the scissor wound. Then I tried a butter knife, a screwdriver, smashed into the wall, scraped the edge with nail clippers, my teeth, an anvil, searched the internet for advice, yelled a lot of swear words, tried other stupid ideas, made a hole. tongs in it; and then it was right on the edge and still didn't open! So I threw everything against the wall over and over again. . . It opened. It's hot as eggs so it was a bit runny so I had to scrape some off the carpet and get the fibers out of the ointment but EUREKA! The most amazing lip balm in the universe has finally opened up for me! So really the only advice I can give is if you "grind" your can, which is supposed to happen. DON'T THROW IT AWAY! The opening jar is priceless, just scoop a new ointment in! AND FOR THE LOVE OF THE GODS, DO NOT USE SCISSORS!
