Easy to use and handle

I'm a pastry chef and working with items like chocolate can get messy so I like having a simple utensil to test tempering. This thermometer is easy to use as the finger hole handle gives you a little more flexibility when taking the temperature and you don't have to press any buttons to turn the device on. Just open and use temps.great to make pudding, meat and more. The color options are an added bonus. I'll definitely take two more for him and work.
