I really liked the shape but there is a problem with the scroll wheel

I bought this product for several of its characteristics and for its brand name. I hope it will be a quality and reliable purchase that will satisfy my needs. On the positive side, I really liked the shape, size (small - good for women), texture, and feel of the mouse. I also liked the simplicity and ergonomics of the design from all sides. I also wanted a wireless mouse and I got it. Physically he is perfect for me. However - and that's the only reason I gave it less than 5 stars - it's extremely GLITCH. I've been frustrated for many days because when reading PDFs, I would sometimes uncontrollably scroll the scroll wheel on this mouse as I scrolled down the page. Also, and this is the BIGGEST PROBLEM, the center scroll wheel also becomes "sticky" or "jammed", causing web browser tabs to close when clicked. I had to look for the cause of this unwanted issue and found out that it was due to the scroll wheel being stuck. One solution I found on the tech forums was to hold down the scroll wheel, but that rarely works. Another solution was to slam the mouse on the table - this is the most used method and also expresses my dissatisfaction with the functional flaw of this product - its SCROLL WHEEL. I kept this product but I hope they fix or fix the problem. I'll definitely take a look at what they did before I buy another one. The product uses one AA battery. I have to keep a supply of batteries on hand because there is no warning and my mouse just "dies" when the battery needs changing, which is often when I have something important to do or when I'm surfing the web.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Crumpled
