Good for massagers and devices
I've used it several times, it seems to have good power. If you press too hard, it will stop and then switch to a higher power mode. It would be nice if you could choose this power level. I just used the foam pad. It has 30 speed levels, but for me there is not much difference between the levels. I think it could be reduced to 10 levels to get what you want faster. The controls are fairly simple, with an on/off button on the bottom and then plus and minus buttons on the back for speed control. It also displays battery level with speed controls.
