High quality compressor. Thick wires and terminals for batteries. Long hoses. Boosts 285 75 R17 from 18 to 50 psi in about 3 minutes. WARNING: Owner documentation states that the compressor and fittings get hot. That's the understatement of all life. They'll get HOT in no time. Without gloves, I rubbed my finger the first time I pulled the hoses off. Wear gloves and be careful.

Ok, I want to rate and share my satisfaction with this product. I have several compressors, I bought this one specifically for mobile use. This is a great product. Very heavy, rides great. Doesn't feel cheap at all. The hose is average but the nozzle is excellent. Plenty of length to get around my car. Fills my 35" Toyo MTs with multiple psi checks in 2 minutes each. Very happy with this Smittybilt product.

Out of the box it's heavy and seems solid, then plug it into a car battery and try pumping up a tire, it's noisy and slow, the included pressure gauge is not exactly, about 10psi inches and the compressor will heat up very quickly. Hose fittings are not the standard fittings you would expect from a compressor you buy at the supermarket, so forget about using a different hose or air canister. I bought this to re-inflate my 2018 Wrangler's 35" tires after having deflated them for more traction. This inflates 35 x 12.5 tires. "x 17" Goodyear Duratracs from 15psi to 35psi in just over 2 minutes each. It warms up a bit, but cools down quickly. The power cords and air hose are long enough to place the unit on the passenger side floor and reach all tires and battery posts. They have opted for the less common "Japanese-style" connectors.
