I needed a replacement tent after the years had taken their toll. I chose this one because of the lighting system. I have poor night vision and this seemed like the perfect solution. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to test it. I received the item just in time to go camping on a weekday weekend. I decided I didn't need the little fan that was in there and left it. Once at a campsite I discovered that a fan is an integral part of how the lighting works. Later I installed it at home and I think everything seems to work. Setting up the tent was easy. The only complaint I can have is the size - it just didn't seem big enough for the queen airbed that was also left behind on this trip. Husband says it will fit, but it's going to be tight. We'll find out next summer!
