I ordered a pair of these for my new Sumo 19 and couldn't be happier. First, the plugs are properly connected. Second, they are fully serviceable. The rectangular 4-pin XLR connectors are very durable and well soldered. However, on the Sumo 19, aligning the connector of battery 1 means that you cover the DC input power. A quick loosening of the two small Phillips screws on the connector body, then loosening the cable tensioner, and you're ready to smoothly change the direction of the connector. Turned 45 degrees, cables neatly tidied up, cables pulled back and the cover remounted with the two Phillips screws and all cables are plugged in at the same time. I understand that not everyone wants to mess with their cables, but I think it's important to note that they are serviceable and the options for future use are extreme.
