Review on Four Paws Vertical Wood Slat by Angela Freed

This package arrived visibly opened and was returned to the carrier, taped and had holes all around. The box was incredibly damaged and missing parts inside to put it together. And it had stuff from a previous processor! Rough! That's incredible! My husband is in the process of getting the parts so we can assemble it ourselves, too much hassle to return even for the price. I have one of the same gates that I bought many years ago and the quality has really gone down, wooden gates are not the same quality of wood, they are very light, fragile and unfinished, and the previous ones at least had the wood treated. Totally disappointed with the product and the disgusting way we received it from the carrier.
