Back pain finally gone!
I've been using it for 2 weeks and it has miraculously relieved my back pain. I usually try to lie on a foam roller, but it's so high and doesn't fit my back that it takes a lot of work. This pillow fits perfectly and all I have to do is lay on it and relax. It's also the perfect stiffness so it doesn't deform under my weight (200 pounds), but it's also not so stiff that it's uncomfortable.
