Appreciated the simple concept. I wish the filter was bigger to hold at least the standard full 6-8 ounces of water at a time. It's exhausting to stand there and pour a few ounces at a time. Extremely fragile and cheap glass. Owned it for a full week before banging it lightly on the sink and the bottom cracked. I really wanted this product, maybe my expectations were not met. Disappointed. ***UPDATE*** 03/21/18 Shortly after my first review I was contacted by Amanda and Justin from Coffee Panda. Following their absolute customer satisfaction policy, they fully refunded my investment and replaced my item for free. WOW! I was even willing to refuse the refund and give the product a second chance. But they insisted on a refund and sent me a new product. Of course I hope that this time I will be more careful and that I can enjoy this product for a long time. Excellent customer service! I raised it 2 stars for their efforts. Ultimately, I appreciate and respect the people who stand up for and above all before their company. good company
