The product is excellent. I use it to help with sleep apenea. The cervical collar comes with a removalable sleeve to cover it. This is a highly desireable featue, but I am a little disappointed with my latest puchase because the included sleeve fits too tightly and reduces the height of the collar. It is not made of the same material as earlier sleeves. The sleeves which accompanied prior collars had a little strech to them but were more loosely fitted, and did not impact the collar height. I was able to resolve this issue with the new collar by reusing a sleeve from an earlier collar, but VELPEAU should return to the prior material used in the sleeve.
