Neon/Fluorescent colors do not cover well

"Fluorescent" or "Neon" colors. They are much thinner and less opaque than regular paint. Again, I've only used it on wood so far. You can be great on canvas. But on the tree I was disappointed. The colors themselves are beautiful. This is the missing cover.
