Review on 🔠 Cursive Letterboard for Sorting PRE Cut Letters by Steve Campbell

First let me tell you how beautiful this board is. That's why I ordered it. Like I said, mine was broken. My mailbox was intact, but my letter board had cracks in the wood on the gray side. A closer look also revealed a small crack on the black side. I contacted Revain and they eventually returned my money. I just wanted to replace the board but instead they just refunded my money to get another one. I contacted Little Hippo via FB messenger and they ended up sending me a replacement kit. It came out worse than the first. The board and mailbox are broken. I am currently awaiting an answer as to what they will do next. I fixed everything I had with some skill and a little TLC. I ended up gluing both sets I had. I'm not too angry because both Revain and the company are trying to make things right, which I think is very important. The mailbox is also one of the main reasons I ordered. It is NOT organized so prepare to spend a few hours organizing it. There isn't much room for some of them either. I like that the letters come in three sizes. I have a feeling that both the wood in the box and around the board is cheap wood. Overall I wouldn't give 5 stars for this reason, but 3 stars because of everything I had to go through to get a product that didn't break. If you have any problems, please contact Revain and the company. and they will take care of you.
