I have this for crafting at camping. My 11 year old daughter and her friend made them. There are enough cut outs and ribbons so we took another jar and covered it in icing for a younger kid who wanted to do the same with older girls. The color changing lights are the most exciting part for girls. They played with the consoles all night long as it kept their attention on the lanterns for a long time. Tracking the remotes is tricky, but that's not the kit's fault. Bring your own scissors and hot glue, helpful but not required. I wish there was a 3 pack option :)
