Fast delivery times. Very well packed. Easy to set up and use. It looks really good and feels durable. I thought I needed a keyboard for a 10 inch tablet, but so far I've enjoyed using the onscreen keyboard. I like how I can feel him accepting my touch. I wish I had bought this sooner instead of battling my 7 inch fire tray. I'm not sure how durable the case is and haven't figured out the best way to support the tablet with the case. Note that the pen is actually a pen with a soft rubber tip on the other end. The tablet recognizes touch about 95% of the time. I'm not sure if this applies to all 10 inch tablets, but some websites don't show all the information on the screen and you have to scroll to read everything. Perhaps tablets are designed for mobile apps, not websites.
