So I'm dealing with neck pain that I've been told is muscle related (myofascial pain). It causes migraines, jaw pain, back pain, blurred vision, dizziness, etc. Used for less than 3 minutes until I actually feel decent. I decided that as long as I felt good, I would stretch my neck. Huge mistake. I have migraines almost immediately. Blurred vision, pain in the back of the head, nausea and dizziness. Severe migraine symptoms lasting several minutes and nerve pain shooting up the back of the head and into the arms. I returned it. Depending on what is causing the neck problem and what symptoms the neck problem is causing, use it with caution. Luckily, the return was easy, which I appreciate.
