When my 4 year old Carrier air conditioner broke down and the installer refused their warranty on the work I thought the problem was the relay (contactor) in the outdoor unit. . I copied the part number of the failed relay and started looking for a replacement. In addition to making the part, American Zettler provided a datasheet on their website to help me verify that it was the correct part. As promised, it arrived on time from Revain and was an inexpensive replacement. My air conditioner started working again after a few minutes.
