When I first heard about GHDIP, I was thrilled because they claimed to have everything a cosmetic product addict like me could want. I was curious to see if their foot, hand, and nail care items were as good as the reviews claimed. Unfortunately, my hopes for GHDIP were dashed by my actual encounter with the program. The dishonesty of their product promises was the first thing I noticed. They advertised that they carried all the latest trends and essential items, but when I checked out their website, I discovered that their offerings were boring and out of date. There wasn't a lot of variety in their nail polish and nail painting offerings. Their manicure polishes, hand creams, and foot soaks were subpar. I went out and bought a foot cream and a hand lotion, both of which promise to be the best on the market. They did nothing to relieve my parched skin and left a greasy residue that I didn't like. However, it was their customer care that was the main issue. I attempted to talk to someone from that company about my issues, but their representatives were unhelpful and condescending. Instead of fixing the problem, they were more interested in making excuses for the poor quality of the goods they sold me. In sum, I was very dissatisfied and annoyed by my time spent in GHDIP. I felt duped and disillusioned by their false promises and unhelpful support staff. If you're in the market for high-quality cosmetics and friendly service, seek elsewhere.
