This kit has absolutely everything you need (except a hair dryer) to remove and replace the screen of your iPad mini and it works absolutely perfectly. I've seen people complain that their iPad lost its magnet locking function after a screen replacement, and that's because you have to take the magnets out of your old screen and replace it before installing that one (I personally don't have it done because I don't) don't use a magnetic case, so this feature is irrelevant to me). Also, do not remove the adhesive backing until you TURN ON your iPad and CHECK the screen BEFORE sticking it permanently, because when it's done, it's done. I've also seen complaints that the home button feels weak. In my experience, the home button works well, although it has a bit of play, more than the original, but be aware that you can remove the home button from your old screen and apply it to this one (for me it was not worth the trouble, the home button works fine). Make sure you understand exactly what you're doing before attempting it and you won't have any complaints. This $25 screen brought my $300 iPad back to life and I will buy it again if the need arises.
