Review on Turkish Cotton Bathrobe for Men - Medium Size | TowelSelections Men's Clothing by Roy Niemeyer

I bought this robe 3 months ago to replace a terry robe that I had worn for years. Like some of the other reviewers, I love some aspects of this robe. Although it is a little scratchy at first, after a few days the fabric becomes soft and comfortable. I have fairly sensitive skin - I can't wear a lot of wool for example - so I'd say this fabric is pretty comfortable. The size is pretty accurate; I usually wear a large one and this large one fits me well and its sleeve length is enough for my 34 inch sleeves. Having said that, I have to say that after only three months of daily wear, this robe is showing clear signs. wear throughout the robe. I can tell this robe won't last a year before it's a bit of a rag with threads snapping everywhere. For this reason I cannot recommend this bathrobe. I know others have said this robe has value for the price. But I guess I'm old school in that I expect a robe to last at least a year. My last terrycloth robe lasted a good ten years.
