The money should not be spent on this item. The assistance is just as bad as the product's quality, and when customers complain, they are told that "maybe you got a defective copy" as an answer. Some pros: There is a backlight, and it fits fairly well in the palm of your hand (based on my experience using it for almost an entire year). Some cons: Before that, there was a MadKatz mouse, and it was possible to modify the weights on that mouse so that the mouse could be lifted with two fingers without being skewed beyond the surface. I tried to rearrange the weights in various ways, but I was unable to find a balance between the two extremes. The program had multiple instances of bugs, then it offered to update to new software and went into an eternal loading state, and then, after the system booted up, it stopped perceiving the mouse, which meant that the profiles did not load, but the mouse still functions in its default setting! Well, the "cherry on top" was when a double-click function was added to the right mouse button. In first-person shooters and other types of first-person shooters in which this button is used for aiming or approaching, it became difficult to play the game. It is quite frustrating when you fly over due of this flaw. Strongly discourage going further with the purchase as it does not provide value for the money. This is the last time I'll ever buy anything from their company!
