I really liked that it has many features which is helpful when doing day to day tasks, such as taking call recordings during business hours or while in meetings with clients etc It's easy to use software.

The customer support could be improved by using more options of customization like templates but overall i'm satisfied with what they have so farVeritasoft makes life easier!I am able improve my working practices through this tool because its very user friendly! We can take multiple calls at different time zones and record them seamlessly all within one platform without missing any important information/call details! The most useful feature to me is that it has an application for both my desktop computer as well as my mobile device allowing multiple users in different locations to collaborate at once! There are certain features I would like (e.g., file share, whiteboard). As of right now these features are not available. However, they will be announced soon so stay tuned! That said, this product makes communication between teams seamless whether those people are sitting next to each other or across the country.
