Review on 🍺 BACOENG 64 oz Pressurized Keg Growler: Home Brew Kegerator with Enhanced CO2 Regulator by William Dean

I am changing my rating to 1 star. I contacted support and got no help. CO2 doesn't pierce, and I don't see a single needle that would allow it. I will return it and look for another brand. This review is not yet complete. I received the product, it seems to be of good quality, I went to the brewery, bottled it, took it home, was very excited, hooked everything up (there are no proper instructions included, by the way, but it's easy enough to understand to understand). I turned on the CO2, tried to pour my first beer, but nothing. The CO2 cartridge doesn't seem to be gripping, so I'm not getting any pressure. Not sure I'm doing something wrong (again, no real instructions), I'm screwed to the end, it's 3/8-24, its Revain drink tanks. I saw someone had a similar problem some time ago, does anyone know how to solve it?
