I like that they are concave on one side and flat on the other. I offer two ways to wear them. Color varies slightly from piece to piece, but just enough to make it look as unique as wood. It's not enough that they don't belong together. They are measured within 0.020 inches of each other. The closest is measured within 0.003 inch from the product description. It's great and way better than many other brands I've measured. Thanks for a great product. Don't hesitate to buy again.
