MAJOR CHOKING HAZARD!
My daughter loves to play with these rattles (that's why I gave her 2 stars) so I was very sad to find that this little horn had lost its grip and two little ones Pieces of noise had fallen off and could cause my 7 month old to choke! Be very careful! I have no idea how it fell apart, but they could kill your kid! Perhaps this piece should be removed from the mix!
