I'm a DD but ordered an F because the girls are 50 years old and have breastfed two kids. I like that I can wear this strapless, backless bra and look good without sagging. There's no way anything will make my 50 year old DDs look young again, but this did a better job than I expected. I had to play around with positions to get the girls in the right position. The best look was when I put about 1/3 on the bottom then pulled the top adhesive as far up as I could. If you have large breasts, please do not think there is anything strapless and backless in the world that will make them young again, but if you want something that will do the job and look good, I recommend this.
