The platform is very flexible, it can be used in different ways depending of your needs (from basic monitoring up until more advanced solutions).
It's easy enough that even inexperienced users will have no problem using this solution without any problems at all! I would like there was some kind customization options available when you are creating an alert or incident ticket - but these features could only come from adding additional modules/products into tehtris xdr itself which we don't want as our focus should stay within what comes out-of box by default so far :) We're solving many issues concerning risk management including compliance requirements such us ISO 27001 etc..
