The ability to use their platform for both Incident Response and Risk Management is great. They have some of the best tools in the industry, but they could be more user friendly. It's not always easy to find what you're looking for. When using their Risk Management product, it was hard to see how many people were affected by an incident. The platform is very flexible, it can be used in different ways depending of your needs (from basic monitoring up until more advanced solutions). It's easy enough that even inexperienced users will have no problem using this solution without any problems at all! I would like there was some kind customization options available when you are creating an alert or incident ticket - but these features could only come from adding additional modules/products into tehtris xdr itself which we don't want
