I love that it can be used for tracking hours, time off, etc., but also has an area to track medical issues as well! It's easy enough for anyone who knows how to use Excel or Google Docs to understand - no training required. It would really help if you could sort your data by department instead of having everything lumped together in one location. However, this is something we have been able to work around. We are trying to keep our trackers at least somewhat flexible because not everyone will want their information stored with us so we try to make sure they don't need any special knowledge about the software itself. This makes them more likely to continue using it since they feel like they're getting value from it.
