Review on Arte Clavo 2 Pcs 15ml No Wipe Gel Top Coat and Base Coat Set - High Gloss and Durable, Easy Soak Off UV LED Gel by Chuck Wooten

Both polishes arrived with a significant amount of dry polish. I had a very hard time getting the top coat brush out and once it was out it wouldn't come back. I had to use multiple tools to clean and punch out the hole. This will affect the top layer of paint. Small shards of acrylic stuck to brushes and nails. I never leave bad reviews but the quality made me wish I had gone to a local store where I could open the product and see it was dry on top. The delivery was fast, the product was correct but the integrity of the product is unacceptable.
