Review on 🔵 RefectoCil Blue Black Cream Hair Dye - Shade No. 2 by James Wilson

I used this product years ago and had to import it. I'm SO glad Revane is wearing it! He does what he says, ladies. On the advice of another reviewer, this time I tried an over-the-counter peroxide instead of their oxidizer and it works. It's definitely blue-black, if you want warmer tones go for black. It shines great. The included applicator is great for brows, but be sure to get disposable mascara sticks. I got it in my eyes (crazy hands) and it's ok. Rinse it out immediately and at worst it will be a slight sting. If you're having trouble applying it to your lashes, add more peroxide to dilute it. Natural Hair Color - Ash Blonde 7.2cm color (about the size of a coin) with 10 drops of peroxide leave for 5 (eyelashes) - 10 minutes (eyebrows) and it all matches the blue black color.
