Due to tendinitis I bought the cheaper Copper Fit version of this compress. Sleeve. And while it was better than the crappy Velcro bandages that doctors give out on the job, it wasn't strong enough in terms of compression. So for about fifteen bucks more you can get one that actually seems useful - the benefit of these comp.sleeves is that you can still move your hand and do everyday jobs like landscaping like I did or lifting cold! (Me too) I use the more expensive Pro series at the gym for strength training. Hope that helps; much luck.
