Review on Bubba Refresh Insulated Bottle Island by Randy Salgado

Out of the box, the water bottle looked very promising. After about a week of use, the rubber seal no longer gave the child a snug fit when unscrewing the bottle. I initiated a return with Amazon and they quickly sent me a replacement. I then used the replacement for a little over a month and the same thing happened. This time I contacted the manufacturer as I had just passed Revain's 30 day return window and they claim to have a lifetime guarantee on their items. My inquiry to the manufacturer was answered with a request for photos of the seal in question, which I was happy to provide. I then received an email reply saying that my application would be reviewed in 2-3 weeks and I would receive a reply. It is totally unacceptable to ask a customer to wait almost a month to tell them whether you will even notify them that they will receive a replacement product or part. A week or less is perfectly reasonable, and claiming that this product comes with a lifetime warranty is misleading. I would not buy again! I recently bought a Pogo brand bottle and they seem to be much better both in quality and price and they will help my business grow.
