I was so thrilled with this seat/carrier when we bought it for our pup. We've had him for 2 weeks now, so 2 weeks of use and used around our house as his 'lounger' and car seat (attached). I washed it (delicate wash) and NOT dried it (lay out to dry) and there was only a small, light towel in the washing machine. I am so disappointed! The seat belt that attaches to the pup's harness is completely torn, one of the seams at the top is torn along with the gusset inseam where the pads are (inside only). Looking further at the seam from above, I noticed that the fabric was misaligned when sewn. In order for this chair to be "bite resistant" and as durable as advertised, it will not hold up to a gentle wash. We bought this chair specifically for its supposed "bite and chew" strength and versatility in the car or at home, paid $49.99 for 2 weeks of use and now it's garbage! The return date was of course June 5th and today is June 9th. Ridiculous! Attached are 7 pictures.
