It can be rotated 360° and tilted up or down. The best thing about this webcam is the image/video clarity and resolution! I did my own research after purchasing it, and this webcam in particular has made it onto the YouTube reviewers' favorites list several times! I'll back her statement, especially if you're into makeup tutorials or things like that, close-up shots and good quality matter!
